In order to meet the growing needs of higher education institutions in a timely manner, the decree and decision envisage attracting private investments in the construction of infrastructure facilities and the organization of their use.
An initiative proposal, including a project concept, was submitted to the Namangan Engineering-Construction Institute by the private entrepreneur Nifrit Impex LLC. In this project, the construction and operation of a student accommodation building for 1000 places on a land area (0.3 hectares) in Namangan region, Namangan city, New Namangan district, I.Karimov street 27, Namangan engineering-construction institute planned.
