THE LIST OF PERSONS RECOMMENDED FOR TRANSFER TO HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HIGHER EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND INNOVATION HAS BEEN APPROVED.
In accordance with paragraph 7 of Presidential Decree No. PP-279, applications from persons wishing to transfer in one of 2 exceptional cases are being considered, and a list of students recommended for transfer to higher educational institutions under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation for the spring semester 2023/2024 has been compiled school year.

Students applying to transfer their studies to institutions of higher education included in this list are advised to contact officials at the institution to which the transfer is being made.
For reference: according to the current procedure, transfer and resumption of studies are carried out on the basis of a decision of the ministry (department) to which the higher educational institution hosting the student is subordinate.
