- At least 50 joint study programs and "double degree system" will be introduced in cooperation with foreign universities included in the "Top-500" of the world;
- 500 talented young people a year are sent to the most prestigious foreign universities to study at the expense of the state in bio-technology, artificial intelligence and other high-tech areas;
- 1 billion dollars will be allocated for the development of science and innovation in the next 7 years;
- social services scattered in the current 6 ministries will be united and the National Social Protection Agency will be established;
- 120,000 oncology, 350,000 diabetes, 1.5 million cardiovascular disease patients will be fully covered;
- Hepatitis C will be treated at 100% state expense;
- In order to save the lives of oncological patients, stem cell transplantation will be carried out for the first time in the country. Expenses in this regard are fully covered by the state for children of needy families;
- The healthcare system will be fully digitized and the medical insurance system will be introduced.
