External department
Correspondence department at the institute was established starting from the 2018-2019 academic year based on the decision No. 930 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 21, 2017 on the organization of correspondence education in institutions of higher education . From 2018, in the part-time department, students who have a relevant document of general secondary, secondary special vocational education and who have successfully passed the entrance test will study in the following specialties: is taking

- 5340400-Construction and installation of engineering communications (by types);

-5310200-Electric power industry (Electricity supply);
-5312400-Alternative energy sources (by types);
-5340600-Road engineering (operation of highways);
-5320300- Technological machinery and equipment (engineering and metalworking);
-5310600- Vehicle engineering (Automotive transport);
-5330200- Information systems and technologies (by networks and sectors);
-5232900-Organization and management of production (by branches and sectors);
- 5340500-Production of construction materials, products and constructions;
- 5340200-Construction of buildings and structures;
- 5340800-Motorways and airfields.
- 5341400-Design and construction of highways, bridges, tunnels, overpasses and airfields;
- 5340600-Operation of transport facilities (on highways);
- 5620400-Organization of traffic.
In addition, students of the second and subsequent higher education are studying in correspondence form in the Correspondence department.
Currently, more than 40 qualified professors, including: 10 doctors of science, 15 candidates of science and 15 senior teachers are studying in the external department.
